Executive Director

With over 15 years of experience in wildlife conservation and SMART implementation, he is a respected expert in conservation management and training. His expertise has made significant impacts across Vietnam, as he has led and coordinated SMART training programs for most protected areas nationwide.

M.Sc. Pham Van Thong

Deputy Executive Director

With experience working at organizations such as the Asian Turtle Program, Turtle Sanctuary Conservation Center, and Save Vietnam’s Wildlife, Thong has accumulated in-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, field research, and conservation strategies, particularly in wildlife monitoring.
